formula for the excel

dear ,
i have a problem to derive the formula
my scenario is:

if salary of a person is less than 160,he is charged by 1%
if salary of a person is less than 260,he is charged by 1% of 1st 160 and 15% of balance
if salary of a person is less than 100,he is charged by 1% of 1st 160 and 15% of next 100000 and 25% of balance

if i could get its formula, i would be very grateful

please help me!!!!
