Recognise Telephone Calls On PC

Hallo!I 'm new in C# programing and I would like to develop an application which recognise incoming telephone calls (the phone number from which call came) and insert that number in an TextBox or label etc.For example when someone call me i would like to see his telephone number on my computer screen.Are there any library or protocol to use in visual studio?Are there any way to do that from my computer's modem or router?Can anyone help me to do that?Thank you!

why would you " like to develop an application" would you please start it to develop use GOOGLE[^]

I think that I'm looking for something special and after hours of searching came here to ask, because i didn't find something usefull.It will be helpful if you suggest me some solution or better give me a direction to understand.Of course i know google and i use it daily for searching code solutions because i'm still student.However thank you for your comment but i need more helpfull comments.
