Someone said to me a project create only with asp.net core is bad work Please define So that I can defend myself

The technologies you use for you application depend entirely on the requirements of the application. We have no idea what your requirements are, so we cannot answer your extremely vague question.

Perhaps you should ask this "somebody" to defend their assertion instead. After all, an application which already exists is better right now than a theoretical rewritten version which doesn't.
