Student Name

Ajay 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 .....................................................

Raj 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0....................................................

We maintain only absent student record every day. Suppose ajay absent in date 1.5.2013 , i open my Attandance register on date 2.5.2013 , the ajay is absent on date 1.5.2013 display and we maintain all class Attandance on today.

If We see Apr month records we select Apr month using Calander control we see all Apr month all class Attandance.

Any idea Help me

Solution 1

I think you display all student after u fill student Attandance.
First select date.if this date all record allready inserted then update and You get all absent student list on table..

so best way...
display list student if allready inserted then select student absent list....
