I Know that in C# you can make Windows Phone Apps almost easily but the question is:
Can I make android apps in C# ?
And if anybody knows what Language do the developers use to create android apps can they please inform me?

Well that was advice and I would do anything to improve so I would take it and use it so that I wont make a mistake twice but since that I know you because of the question that I asked earlier... I accepted your solution first.

It is free! Free for starter companies and a slightly limited feature set.

Well, starter edition is actually very limited.
I don't know what special license applies to indie companies (according to the website it costs starting from 299 usd), but costs more for the rest of the world.
