I'm looking for way to display all files, and subfolders (of Folder Path) in a treeview (VS 2008 Tools)

As to the TreeView, it depends on the UI library/framework or application type you use. There are few different unrelated types with this simple name. So, you should always tag it when asking a question and/or provide full type names. In all cases, this particular task should not cause any problems. Read the help on the particular TreeView class you want to use and populate it accordingly.
