i have developed MFC application of uploading and downloading files using remote ftp site. But how to download files in intranet.

The same way you do in Internet, use a system that is running an ftp server process.

check URLDownloadToFile is of any use

As Richard said: the same way you do in Internet. You need a PC on the Intranet that runs an FTP server.
