Create a ASP.NET-page with normal feel and add some fairy dust.

Now seriously, learn how to ask a proper question. Come back when you have a specific problem.

Create the glossy images and use them to create your website.

By the way, I must agree with Smithers-Jones. Explain your situation and what you already have done and tried. Then when you get stuck at some point go check it out with google or try find in here on the codeproject.com and if nothing comes up you can post a question here and almost everyone is willing to help you in the best way possible.
