How about adding whether or not the company would consider relocation/applications from abroad. I've just about had enough of the UK, and would consider upping sticks for the right company.

You really believe job seekers will listen to it though
I've lost track of how many hundreds of job applications I've had from overseas even though we specifically state we're looking for devs in Toronto

Were they skilled? Last time I was looking I received a ton of applications from people that looked like they had only just heard of computers.

I'm getting
"

"
again when I try to access the Lounge and C#.

|
|

What time (and timezone) did you get that message?

It started yesterday evening Arizona time (UTC-7:00). Same as last week.
It's working again now.

I was getting the "high load" message most of the day yesterday (and Monday, too). But yesterday was the worst. I couldn't retrieve more than a dozen-or-so message over a 6-8 hour period starting from about 9am.
I am in the US Eastern Timezone.

This sounds like a single server was playing up. I was on the site all day and never once saw an issue. WE've been talking aobut some of our older servers and may simply pull some of them from production.

First the good news: I didn't get the
"
-- Unable to load messages due to high load or server error. Please try again --
"
message in the Lounge and C# this week.
Now the bad news: Instead I'm getting it with some article messages. Since Tuesday evening (UTC-7:00) and still having it now.

All of a sudden, the novice user has changed his username to bright bold red. Is there a plan to control the HTML in Usernames at least till Silver?

Unfortunately this has already bitten another CPian. I think this should be fixed immediately.

Save yourself some work and just strip it all from member's names.

I disagree. I'd rather continue working to allow members some latitude while preventing abuse.
I hate 'lowest common denominator' solutions.

I am truly impressed by your commitment to your vision of the site. And it's obvious that your vision is successful.
