Select All the files of project. Check the Properties, remove the read only.

Okay - Done that.

Search for vssver2.scc, hidden system file. Delete this file.

Okay - Done that too.

I've also removed the reference to SCC in the solution folder. And removed the SUO file. Visual Studio picked up the changes and... I still see the bindings.

I closed VS2005 and I notice that its updated the solution file and added the bindings back. (The vssver2.scc file is still gone though.) I presume VS must have had the bindings in memory. So, I remove them again. And open the project by double clicking the solution in Explorer. The bindings are back again.

If I go to File->Source Control->Change Source Control... I see that the Website project has bindings and the others don't. I press the the project and press the "Unbind" button and Okay the dialog. After a few moments the bindings disappear.

I close VS and then open the solution again by double clicking the solution file in Explorer. The bindings are still gone.

I've been to this point before, but after a reboot the bindings came back.

Do you see anything that I'm missing?
