Yes. But, it's not possible to do it in ASP.NET, if you want to schedule an upload then there needs to be code running on the client machine to upload the file at the appointed time. Well, you could require them to keep a webpage open until the appointed time, but that's sure ugly.

Running a web service or WCF service will be better.

Hi,
what do you mean by "without any webservice"? Do you have an ASP.NET application running on the server? You can create your own TCP/IP client/server program for example...
What do you want to achieve exactly?

Can any one help me i want to restore my database. All data saved in xml file. is there any way i can restore it with constraints...

Where did the XML come from ? Does it contain data that defines the constraints ? If the program that generatedt he XML cannot restore it, you'll need to write code to do that.

My page executes events at button click during page load. why?
It doesn't. It executes them between page load and prerender. That's how it works. Buy a book.

Have you considered reading the documentation and learning when application_start event fires? You can't write code for sending scheduled mails there. A better way is to write a console application which sends the mail and schedule it with windows scheduler.

How about explaining what you mean in detail?

What I mean is that my datagridview shows data at page load instead of during a button click

Your code is broken, and apparently you're an idiot. You posted this twice and still didn't make a whole lot of sense, why not post the code so we can explain why it is that you have no idea about ASP.NET ?

Thanks in advance,
We are developing a site specially for mobile in .net. In this we are providing download of ringtones, videos, wallpapers.. But ringtones are not downloaded in iphone. Later we came to know that iphone suuport .m4r format. But m4r ringtones are
also not downloaded into the iphone( here we are setting content type to application/octate-stream ), it is showing iphone does not support this format.
I want to know how we should provide download of ringtones to iphone.

This has bugger all to do with ASP.NET. I suspect it can't be done at all, b/c the iPhone is so limited.
