and set the style of div element to overflow-y:scroll for vertical
and overflow-x for horizontal and only overflow:scroll for both

Hi  ,
I'm creating a video gallery. In my gallery I'm uploading videos from my application.
Can any 1 tell me that how can i display video in thumbnail?
Is there any option/code in asp.net so that we can show video in thumbnali?
I don't wan't to create thumbnail image for each video.
If u know the answer or any link, Plz help me.

As video is stored in the server, you may need to do video streaming using Silverlight of Flash and display the content in smaller sizes.

You had better create a thumbnail version of your videos, otherwise the page will take forever to load.

When you are firing a RowCommand from a GridView ButtonField when the ButtonField is of type Image, Page.IsPostBack is false
Button column as image:

From what I understand, there can be only on web.sitemap file.
However if I want to create a master page with two menu's, one horizontal menu and one vertical menu at the same time,
then how do I construt it?
Should one of the menus be a static menu while the other menu's datasource be web.sitemap?

I am not sure where did you get your info of couldnt have multiple sitemaps, but its not true, you can and you have to specify multi sitemap provider therefore, here is a link that will help you:

Hi,
You can schedule triggers on database based on time condition.
Or
You can execute a function that check the current date value after a specified time period and if old date and new date is not equal then you can execute your code.

If your database is SQL Server, I would create a SQL Agent job that runs on a schedule to scan the table. Then you can use database mail to send the emails.

Hi,
I am a starter in asp.net. i've created a project containing a folder called "Login"
with some pagesin it. When i run the project and type a page name in the browser address bar it lists all the other pages in it. I want to block it and redirect it towards a single page named Login.aspx in that folder.
Plz Help.

When you type the URL in the list bar, it will list all the previously visitied pages.
It cannot be blocked till you delete the history.

If I understood correctly, you want to restrict the user to access any other page until he does not go through the Login process. Right?
You can use a session variable(say Session["IsValidatedUser"]) and check its value on each page load, if its not set than redirect to the login.aspx

May be you could on to "Directory browsing" Option in ISS. In web.Config you can set for making a page as default,

How can i get the value from a database to a checkbox ?
I want to retrieve a single field from the table in a checkbox. I can do it using Checkboxlist but there is no point using checkbox list for a single field.

You have a single checkbox ? So you return true or false from your SQL call.
