That's actually quite interesting how you got the downvote. I'm not able to downvote your message or anybody else's message in this forum even if I'd want to (don't worry I don't want to downvote messages).
In Spam and Abuse Watch forum all the downvote buttons are disabled for me while I can downvote in Q&A, articles etc...
So is it just me who can't downvote or how did you get the vote

Oh, I see, but still. -16 Is that the decrease for a reported abuse? I believe that a single person can make a report on a single message only once

It is scaled by a multiplier dependant on the level of the downvoter.
For example a Platinum debator has 8 as multiplier, so its -2 is multiplied by 8 => -16.
If I upvote someone I give him 24 points, downvoting I take him away 16, because I'm platinum. A gold member has a multiplier of 4, and silver of 2.

You can up/down-vote message.
Have a look on the left side of message frame (move mouse-cursor to hover that frame). There you'll find 2 arrows: the green one is for upvote and the gray one is for downvote.

Nope, when I place the mouse over the upvote everything works but when I hover over the downvote button (the gray one) a tooltip show and says: "downvoting not available".
Well I'm not going to miss it but I'm wondering just out of curiosity

I get many as well, specially as rage for "that is not an article". As it seems downvoting is a good "revenge" for whatsoever it pissed them off

Wow, i knew it that polish vodka and other alcohol based drinks are known in the world, but i never thought that wiśniówka is well known too
My favorite polish vodka is: Luksusowa[^]. Podlasie[^] (the region where i live) is famous for Żubrówka[^]. When you mix it with aplle juice, then you'll get very, very good drink.

I used to be in the booze business in the UK. I always carried Wisniowka. I had two Polish sisters who were regular customers who made it worth me keeping in stock. Two lovely ladies that could drink me under the table many times over (leading to my theory that all Poles are born with hollow legs!)
I also got in, for special order, Cytrynowka and Piprzowka but didn't have a regular call for those. I've never seen the Bison Grass vodka, but I'll keep your recommendation in mind.
Incidentally, your insect has started pecking at my rep too. Someone has too much time on their hands. The funny thing is that neither of us care, so his (her? - I think unlikely, women have more sense) vitriol is totally wasted.
