Well...yes and no.
It shouldn't delete stuff - that has to be under human (or as close to human as some of us can get) control. It's difficult for a human to tell what is and isn't spam when it's code like words and a link but that could easily be a valid answer to a question, or an attempt as a question itself.
And it does have some "false positives" so a human needs to review them. But...it also lets some stuff through that is spam, so it needs to learn and improve - which it should it's heuristic, Mathew says.
And if we don't review it and say "this is spam" then the member doesn't get killed either becasue we don't know who they are!
