Every time I get a Daily Build mail update and access the page I get a message saying Avast Filesystem Shield has blocked this infection?

It's unlikely to be the site, since no other users seem to have reported it. I'd suggest running an off-line scan of your computer, to see if you've picked something up.
If you still think it's the page, then report the problem in the Bugs and Suggestions[^] forum, or send an email to webmaster@codeproject.com. Make sure you include the URL of the page you're getting the warning on.
