The song isn't exactly laid back, but it's pretty catchy and it makes you want to shuffle

So - the constitution of the UK is unwritten and therefore takes some interpretation but as things stand unless and until a coalition can be formed the country is officially being run by the Queen, Hugh Grant and J K Rowling. Parliament has relocated to the beach front in Brighton and Fat Boy Slim is providing the tunes.
Personally I hope this lasts.
