I am living the pain of realizing how much I miss something once it's gone.  The new Firefox "Quantum" has basically blown up my existing set of add-ons  - and while I've adjusted otherwise, I am suffering for not having Session Restore, and Firefox's support for this functionality is woefully inadequate. Is there something out there that is as good? What I liked about Session Restore is that it had list of all sessions, so that if somehow I accidentally exited the app  , I could go to Session Restore and pick out an earlier session, and then go through History to figure out what I had opened in a tab but not yet consumed. (I am a breadth-first kind of guy, opening up tabs that I eventually consumer, or at least leave open to consume at sometime before the death of the universe.)

What's wrong with "Restore Previous Session" in the Firefox menu? If you just want to get back to where you were before you closed Firefox, that's exactly what it does.

Tab Session Manager. I only recently installed it at work and it's great. It autosaves the last sessions and allows to save any session permanently using a meaningful name. I am a breadth-first guy too so I found it very useful. Of course on 58.0 Quantum.
