Are we sure they are Still alives? It might be a wrongly remaining link that fooled your script.
On the other hand, it is not the first time I see reports of real spammers starting over, as if there had been an error in an update or a wipe by idle.
@Sean-Ewington we might need a double check and possibly a wipe over here.

It is not the first "old" user that got inactive for a while, did a blog or a web site and came back fully active posting links all over the place to his "cool", "best", "newest" whatsoever he was trying to push.
