I don't doubt it. As I've just said, I'm just trying to be helpful. Your response to the original question was just quoting the article submission guidelines which probably didn't answer his question. I was just trying to add context as to where his original question was coming from.

If you take a look at most of the articles on this site that get a good score they tend to be longer, explain their code, have nice example projects to download and I've yet to see one that relied exclusively on a download link to another site for access to proper explanation or the code itself.

I think that if you extended your article, even if it means copying (or paraphrasing) chunks of your original documentation, or pasting in some code that you found particularly challenging to write and explaining how you solved your problem then it would be a better article.
