Keep checking I agree to terms but download link winds up there over and over

I tried to agree to terms endless times, then when trying to download source code from link in article, I keep getting pushed to this page over and over again!

Is this a bug or is it impossible to download code any longer? This is why change is usually a bad thing, what once worked flawlessly now doesn't work any longer :(

Please advise..
