how to Read .VCE file in C#

Please show me the way or Any third party dll which provide functions to read .VCE file
Or convert .vce file to .pdf in c# and than i will read the pdf.

What have you tried ? VCE doesnt appear to be a well publicised format so it maybe near impossible to do from binary

one approach would be to install a pdf print driver and print the vce file using whatever does handle it, to pdf via the pdf print driver - if that program that does know how to handle vce has a command-line interface, then you're in luck, else :-(

There are many who are able to decrypt the VCE files directly without converting to PDF, Even in Android and iOS softwares are available. So its not impossible atleast.
