Can you suggest me C# code to achieve this.

Why would you do such change? This would cause problems upon uninstall.

Dear I want to hide my 100 exe from control panel through C# code. So as per my understanding this is the way...... So may you help me.....?

First, that's a Value not a key. Keys are the "folders" you see in RegEdit.

Second, renaming that Value does absolutely nothing of any worth.

You cannot rename a Value. You have to create a new Value with the new name and a copy of the data then delete the old Value.
