Can anybody tell me why I am getting "this.parentWindow.getTopWindow is not a function " this warning while clicking on type chooser button. I have included all required js inside jsp.

Not without some proper context. Please do not expect people to guess what your code is doing, what platform you are running on, etc.

Can't see your code but the error is saying that somewhere you are calling this.parentWindow.getTopWindow() but getTopWindow() is not a function in this.parentWindow.
