You need to use Google and research this yourself. I'm sure there is plenty of information out there.

When you have a specific problem I'm sure someone on this forum will be glad to help, but general legwork you must do yourself.

Well I did google about itm, and have found the site:
http://www.osisoft.com/
which does provide certain downloadables about the same..
