How to customise login system in Sugar CRM

I have sugar crm version 6.2 community edition.

I have a custom module called Agents.Agents do not have user accounts.

Now I want to allow agents to log into my crm. I know for login we need user accounts.
But is it possible to allow agents to log in without creating user? How?

Or is possible to relate an user to an agent? So that when user logs in he can view that agent details.
