Probably not, because this is not a question. And you did not even give us any idea on what help you may need.

We can't - we have no idea which model you are using, how it's connected, or what kind of data it is programmed to give - much less what format that data is going to be in.
And all of that is probably important - PLC does stand for Programmable Logic Controller after all! :laugh:

So start with the manufacturers, and see what their site says: most provide some sample programs or data which should help. If not, they will have user forums or technical support contacts which you should look at.

Assuming that it connects via USB or a serial interface, then use Hyperterminal or similar to verify that you can understand the data it sends, and how to "persuade" it to send it.
Once you have that, the actual VB software should be pretty simple.

We can't do any of that for you: you have the hardware, and we don't! When you have done all that, feel free to ask a specific question about the VB software and we'll try to help. But until you get that far, there is nothing we can really do to help you.
