How do i render the result partial view from a postback partial view request in the same div

I want to submit a partial view to a controller and that controller also returns a partial view ,so how I can get the second partial view to the same div which the first partial view was available.
And after that I want to auto refresh another div which contains another partial view in the parent view
plz help me I'm having trouble with this because I'm new to Jquery Ajax.Thanx in advance

What I have tried:

I can post back the first partial view but after that it redirects to the 2nd partial view and I couldn't get it to the same div .
