Hi,

I am trying to install the F200 realsense camera and develop the application. When am trying to install the DCM it throws error and failed.

For the development the following things are required.

1#.VF800 - Camera Driver
2#.DCM Installation
3#.SDK Installation
4#.Firmware Installation
5#.Windows update to date.

Am done all the things. but i faced ERROR in DCM INSTALLATION. I have attached the screen shot for those errors.

1. First i installed camera driver

Error : C3DG_0800_PCAPP_DRV_EN_1_00_07_0.exe

installed Successfully.

2. Second, Am trying to install FIRMWARE now i got following error

Error: creative 3d gesture camera VF0800 not connected

3. Third , Am trying to install DCM now i got following error.

Error : The installer failed to detect an Intel® RealSense™ 3D camera on this system. The installation was terminated

4. Fourth , Am trying to install real sense SDK. I got some following warning and error.

Error : The installer failed to validate that this is an Intel® RealSense™ Technology enabled platform, some premium features are not installed due to license restriction.

5. My System Configuration is

Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4702MQ CPU @ 2.20GHz,
OS Name:Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language
Version:10.0.10586 Build 10586
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)

What I have tried:

AM TRYING TO WORK WITH F200 3D GESTURE CAMERA BUT AM FACING SOME PROBLEM.

Um.
1. First i installed camera driver 

Error : C3DG_0800_PCAPP_DRV_EN_1_00_07_0.exe

installed Successfully.
That isn't what it implies: "Error" and what appears to be a driver file doesn't look like the drivers installed correctly. And until they do, I doubt very much if anything else will work. So go to the manufacturers and explain what happened when you tried to install the drivers - because until the driver for the device is correctly installed nothing else is going to work, which is exactly what you are saying happens...

yes. I understand . This should be driver incomplete installation. but i tried nearly 25 times till now i did not resolved.
