Layout page with two partial page

Hi,

I am stucked in this situation please help.

I have layout page in which i have two partial views.

1. partial view for language (bind from database) dropdown
2. Partial view for menu (bind from database) depending on language selected

on load of layout i am showing language as 'Marathi' and menus for marathi
but on change of language to english it is not showing menus in English.

Please suggest how to do it..
as soon as possible
