i have create converted website to android app from third party website. now i want to create without third party website.

Buy a Mac, learn Objective C and start writing code. A website is nothing like an app and nothing to do with an app. You can have an "app" that is simply an embeded web browser that accesses your site inside it, so if that's what you're looking for it shouldn't be too hard to work it out by googling or checking Apple dev forums.

I would suggest to start coding and build it on your own. If you can't, then do it by an engineer.
