Want to Implement Web Socket Server on internet

Hi every body :
i need immediate help , i want to implement this above sited server and client on my site, i want to install websocket server at home , and Client on my site www.abc.com , i have tried to implement but fail.
web.config error, they are resolved,
then no page display
1. i am using same port no on both Client and server, is there any issue?
2. how to implement server on my website, so that some one come on my site and when submit any query , it should be displayed on my server console.
3. Instead of localhost:8080
i am using : www.abc.com:8080(in both server n client) i also want to save messages in databse.
plz any body who implemented this on his /her site guide me and let me know on my email urgent: naveedqadri@hotmail.com
