How do I change the opacity of a splash as it loads using VB.NET code

I want my system's splash screen to be increasing opacity during the Splash screen load time.

What I have tried:

i have only found in the property window a property item for setting a static value

Solution 1

You need a layered window and use a timer to adjust the opacity from 0 to 100%. See layered window c - Google Search[^].

i Have seen the article, its a lot of information yet not tilting towards implementation of the same in a vb framework.

Try modifying the search to look for VB.NET.
