Changing the position of divided windows in visual studio

In Visual Studio the design window appears below and the code above. I can not find the way to put design above and code below.

What I have tried:

Solution 1

All windows/panes/sections are draggable and resizable using your mouse... the XAML designer has a double arrow button that toggles the canvas and code windows...

I have already clicked on the top of the design window and I have not done drag because it will not let me. Anyone know in particular what to press ?.

The thin blue bar between the code pane and the asp.net pane is the drag "split view" bar. The cursor will change to the split drag image... click and drag...

In that place the cursor changes to enlarge the panel but does not go from the bottom to the top. Do you know if there is another way? Any buttons or settings somewhere?
