Getting error while adding ocx controls on dailog

Hi I have created one ocx application based on combobox but while loading ocx on to dilog box in another application its throwing error while debugging.

What I have tried:

i have created the ocx (active x control) based combo box and i have dregister the ocx file using regsvr32

CJimsUiEditControlTestDlg dlg;
	m_pMainWnd = &dlg;
	INT_PTR nResponse = dlg.DoModal();

// here its throwing error
