Column values of a table as checkboxes

I have a table with 'location' column. I want all values of 'location' column to be shown as checkboxes. I want to build a sql query based on the checkboxes checked.

What I have tried:

no idea how to go ahead with this

Solution 2

You can just bind all distinct location selected from Table to checkbox as data source.
