How to add two columns from two different table

I want to add(sum) different columns from two different tables from single data base i tried many times but all waste. please guide if any one have any idea...

What I have tried:

query="select(t1)as(t1),sum(t2) from alltrn"

Start by reading/learning sql.
You need to use "join"
https://www.w3schools.com/sql/ is a good place to start
