Which code would I use for auto update.

Good Afternoon,

Id like to know if i have x10 product related websites, if i want to change for example the info + image on the main website, how would i make it automatically update on the 9 other?

For example:
Main Website: Sells shampoo called Sham101 and the info is: for hair.
Alt Website x9 says: Sells shampoo called Sham100 and the info is: for face

Now what id like to know is, is there a way to implement a system or code as to where if i change sham101 on the main site to sham102 for hair, that it would automatically updated on the alt 9 websites?
