Inserting an excel graph into visual basic

Could someone please tell me how to upload a graph from excel into Visual Basic?
I have a number of parameters in excel which are creating this excel graph. The user can edit these parameters via the Visual Basic GUI(as they can not see the excel file). What i want is the user to be able to edit the parameters and this graph (placed in the GUI) will automatically update. Thus I do not want to insert the excel graph into VB as an image.

Could some one please help me in inserting the code for this.
