Unable to see the remote desktop screen when the pc is locked.

Hi,

I am "AxRDPCOMAPILib" for screen sharing. i am not able to see the screen when the other pc is in locked state. Is there any solution for this?

What I have tried:

connect the pc using "AxRDPCOMAPILib".
when it is connected and displaying the other desktop screen. then lock the other pc and observe.
it is displaying a pause symbol.

It may mean thjat the remote agent is not able to do anything until the screen is unlocked. Use TeamViewer or VNC.

Solution 1

You should refer to the documentation for that product. However, as Richard said, it is most likely a limitation in the way that product works and you'll need to choose a different product.
