When i connect remote desktop via IP address, the remote pc is switch off. How can i remove switch off in the remote pc.

This is by design, when you connect to another system using remote desktop the screen on that computer is locked.

you can use,

you will have to install the server component in the remote PC and the client component (viewer) in your local PC and then when you access the remote pc via the VNC client viewer, it does not lock the remote computer.
