I'm sorry. Mine english is poor!

I want to create the project that monitor and manage the remote desktop.
It also contains following functions:
*monitor the remote desktop
*control the remote
*stream audio of remote, etc...

But I know nothing about this solution, help me ! help me
I need a related framework or sample. document, related url, etc.
