I am doing fingerprint Project.In that, how can I integrate that device to my application? Also how can I check if biometric device connected or not in C#.Net using windows application?

Like Imader said we can't give you specific advice without knowing more about the actual device. I also recommend contacting the manufacture and asking if they have code samples and/or an SDK for the device.
