Hi,

This issue happens only in my computer. When ever i try to open a document library in"Explorer View" , its giving a message "Page cannot be found". I tried all the basic troubleshooting steps in IE like clearing cache, cookies , Advanced Options --> Restore defaults. Still the issue has not solved. All my colleagues were able to see the files in the document library through "Explorer View" except me. Any solution for this would be highly appreciated.

In my environment i am not supposed to reinstall internet explorer 6.0

i am using SharePoint 2007.

Thanks!

You are using IE 6 ?!?! There's your problem. You should have upgraded long ago, IE6 is unsupported AFAIK.

However, the Explorer View in SharePoint is implemented as an ActiveX control so you should look at those settings in IE.
