Programattic Access to Pages in Sharepoint 2010 Pages Library

Hi all,

I hope someone can help as I have searched and searched with no answer on how to accomplish this.

I would like to access the fields of a page in the SharePoint 2010 Pages Library through code behind, javascript, etc. I created a content type, a page layout built on that content type and Page as the parent type, then created pages with content from that page layout. It's the content from those pages that I need to access in a web part.

Any help would be much appreciated!
