How to enable ASP .NET in IIS 5.1

I have developed a login page using .NET framework 3.5. When I host the application in IIS 5.1 the login control is not in visible, but all other HTML controls are showing properly. I don't why. Can anybody please give me a solution?

Write a very simple aspx page and see if it works. you can also try to diploy your App with framework 2 and see what will happen.
