conversion tool from english text to telugu text

Hi Everybody...

I would like to create a conversion tool in C# and Aspnet ,
in this application when user types a text in English it automatically converts in to telugu text and appears in the above textbox dynamically.

please help for this.

Looks like you have no idea how to start. Have a look at this article: Translation Web Service in C#[^]

Actual problem(or say a different project) would be to translate the sentence in Engligh to Telugu. Take step wise - first the UI and then the way to do it. Using any exposed webservice would be a good idea(shared article above). You can also device your way to convert from English to Telugu and display it.
