hello.
I am a new user of moss 2007.
I installed windows server 2008 and sql server 2008 ion a virtual machine due to this guide ( in frensh for those who can understand frensh):

the problem begins when i arrived to the moss configuration proccess and exactly to the activation of some services on the server such as excel claculating services.
when i clic on the start link nothing happened conrarly to some other links.
I want to say also that some links and buttons dont work in the moss 2007 administration tool.
So, what is the problem?
Can somebody give me solutions?

By Administration tool do you mean "Central Admin" website which you are opening in Internet Explorer?

If it is so, the security level of IE in Window 2008 server is very high and blocks most of the active-x script and plugins. Try adjusting the security setting of IE and then try the links.

I tried to desactivate all most of security parameters but it didn't work.
Can you give me another solution?

Hello,
Finally i found the solution.
My firewall was activated so i desactivated it and my sharepoint administration tool works.
