Solution 1

Change the text to something else. I'm sure intellisense will show an adequate Tooltip-related property.

If you can't solve it through intellisense (as John suggested), you may want to try their documentation, and if that fails too it may be a good idea to ask this on the Telerik forums. You'll have a better chance of getting a more accurate answer if you ask in the right forums.
