Problem related VS 2008 Color Combination on Different Operating System

Hello Friends

I have a Query .

I have installed VS 2008 in xp Operating System as well as in Windows 7 Operating System.

I have Created a Windows application on xp operating system. But when I open the same application on Windows 7 VS 2008. the Color properties shold change in windows 7.

for example Back Color in xp is InactiveCaptionText but this same can show different color in both OS .

So I want to ask u is that is there any possibilites of changing Color of VS2008 on Different OS.

And if its exists then How to solve it.
