i create the web application setup but at the time istallation user needs to download .Net Framework 3.5.I want to give the direct setup install on user machine with my web application setup

The client doesn't need .Net installed to see a .Net web site in a web browser.

i create the offline setup of web application now i want to give only framework will be install at the time of installation of my project .recently it is asking for download from web
